AMED - Nursel Aydoğan,the HDP Diyarbakır representative,made evaluations about the curfews in Kurdistan and the massacre ongoing in the curfews. Nursel said, " We call the State to be human. The curfews don't have any place in our national legal system and international law. Since the AKP started the curfews on August, the AKP government fundamentally has committed an illegal act."

Nursel also said, " When we talk about the curfews in parliament, the laughters come from the AKP and MHP parts. We point out that these situations can not be approved, we call them to do something about the human values frankly, we call them to be human." She pointed out that a non-humanitarian situation comes along in the parliament. We spoke about the curfews and the massacres which people have to face in the parliament. We tried to create susceptibility there but unfortunately the curfews don't drop beneath the AKP's and the MHP's radars. Definitely and definitely the curfews, the massacre of the people faced, restrict freedoms, seizure of their fundamental rights don't drop beneath their radars.

'The power will be tried by the international court'

"It doesn't matter the curfew in Sur whether one da yor 20 days, the curfews don't have any place in our national legal system and international law. We won't remand silent as long as the curfews are continued. We brought these illegal curfew to international law courts. Of course we know that the international court has a little weak reflexes but we know also that the reflexes can be weak and slow but at the end the AKP's unlawful, unfair curfews will be review by international law and the AKP will be tried by international court." Said Nursel.

'the people and students don't want to be massacred'

The special forces are using the hospitals as their headquarters in Cizre and Silopi. The healthcare personnels are wanted to be left in the conflicts and they want to show that the power can kill the healthcare personnels and doctors. But absolutely and definitely any security forces can not stay in hospitals where the medical staff are.

'The citizens resist even they risk death'

Nursel said, " The Kurdish people resistance is continuing despite of the massacres. Today these massacres are most especially in Sur, Kerboran, Silopi, Cizre and Nusaybin. We can see how the people resist even they have risk death. The people(children,young and old)are keeping watch till morning, we greet really this resistance heartfelt. But their resistance is not enough, the resistance must be became stronger in Turkey and it must be spreaded."
