ADANA - Lawyer Yasemin Dora Şeker, period spokesperson of the IHD Adana Çukurova point out the Turkey's 2015 right abuse and human right are at the highest level in Turkey, particularly in North Kurdistan. Yasemin particularly underlined that the war environment affects the future of children very seriously.

Lawyer Yasemin Dora Şeker, period spokesperson of the IHD Adana Çukurova. Yasemin considered the increasing human rights violations in Turkey. Yasemin stated that the human rights violations in Turkey particulary in the areas where Kurdish people live, are at the highest level compared with past.
Yasemin said, "The people who are living in the war environment, have had social and economic problems and they affects from the damages in their houses (the damages by bombs and bullets)."

'We know that the State uses the ditches as an excuse'

Yasemin reminded Cemile Çağırga(10) who was killed in Cizre during 9 days curfew and said, " We saw the tiny body of Cemile in the freezer, her mother had to put her dead body in freezer to not be decayed. We don't think the human right abuses in Kurdish cities are about the ditches. We know the ditches use as an excuse. The scene which we saw in Cizre really can not accepted by the humanity and human rights.

'The people take up a position of their self-defense against repression'

Yasemin talked about the talks held with institutions and organizations especially with the governor in Cizre. Yasemin said, "The State does not allow the people govern themselves and it kills the people. The special forces bust the houses, the people have been detained and tortured and consequently the people take up a possition to defence themselves against the repression."

'We do not accept the massacres'

Yasemin talked about the massacre of Tahir Elçi, the Head of Diyarbakır Bar Association. She said, " We lost our friend, our colleague, Tahir Elçi in the war environment. Tahir Elçi was the peace ambassador. He talked about the peace in all events and he asked for the peace. Wen ever accept the massacres of Tahir Elçi and other civilians. We will do our best to find out their murderers. The curfews have been declared in the cities. Who gives the order of curfews, is in charge off these problems."
