İSTANBUL - The Saturday Mothers gathered in Galatasaray Square 561 times today and they said, "We don't give up to say the fire which surrounds Cizre, Silvan, Sur, Dargeçit, Nusaybin does not only burn the Kurds, it burns all of us. Our New Year's message;While the children in Eastern Turkey scream as 'Here the state is killing us' do not sleep well Turkey."

The Saturday Mothers asked the aftermath of İsmail Bahçeci who was disappeared under custody on 24 December in 1994. They demand the murderers of İsmail are judged. Bahattin Kerimoğlu the son of Kadir Kerimoğlu who was killed in police custody said, "My father was 80 years old, he was neither a guerrilla nor a politician. He was just a Kurd, he was killed because of being a Kurd.That's enough, stop this cruelty."

Rıdvan Karakoç's brother Hasan Koç said, " That's enough, you will drown in the blood you spilled. You will go like the other went. One part of the country is under the fire while other part is silent. This silence draws us into the dark."

Gözde Ceren Uygun made the week statement. She said, " The severe violence of the State have been experienced in Turkey. A war is waged againt the Kurds. The civilians have been killed without exception if they are children, infants, pregnant women or old.We will continue to defend the right to life in these deaths geography.
