QAMIŞLO – Rojava women exhibits a historical resistance against Deash gangs created by imperialist powers in the whole world witnessed. They will enter to 2016 by enlarging their resistance. Axin Amed,a member of Free Women's Foundation, said, “ 2016 will be a year in which we will strengthen ourselves in intellectual, ideological and politically.

We have experienced how the resistance makes the significant changes in the life of society,the best example for these changes is Rojava. The imperialist powers have had an eye to the Middle East for centuries to receive a share of the rich and fertile soils. This time they hit the resistance, the resistance of women. The women write the history of Rojava resistance and they are organized in many areas such as politics, culture, social life and economy. On the one part,women are building the life while they are fighting against Deash gangs. 2015 was a year in which the resistance of women exceled. Axin Amed,one of executive of Free Women's Foundation, evaluated 2015 from the female front.

'As women,we need to get stronger in 2016’

Axin Amed said, “If we can not turn 2015 to good account, if we can not discuss the mistakes, missings, we can not enter 2016 strongly. While we are leaving behind the 2015,as women,we should think about our mistakes and missings, we should ask ourselves if we organised well , how we can involved to problems, Did we answer this year? We should enter the new year by answering these questions. As women, we need to get stronger in 2016.”

'Women will create a new lifeby resisting more'

Axin said, “Syriac, Arabic, Circassian and the whole nation’s women get more stronger in Rojava with the resistance of Kurdish women. The women resistance which started in Rojava has spreaded all over the entire World. I think women will take more responsibility to build democratic autonomous system in 2016. The women will resist more and they will build new life in the new year.
