Seyfettin Sidar (30)went to his neighbor’s home to charge his phone in Barbaros neighborhood of Silopi district of Şırnak. His family did not hear from him for 4 days. It is came to light that he was executed by special forces. Seyfettin was shot in the back. Seyfettin family found his body on the Street 4 days later.

14 people including Seyfettin have been killed in the district.
