ISTANBUL - New Democratic Women(YDK) calls everyone to the press statement to announce the massacres and violent gangs of 2015 with a slogan ‘ We revolt against the violence of male,state and Deash’.

YDK will make a press statement to announce the violent gangs of 2015 today at 19:00 in Boğa Square of Kadıköy/Istanbul. The call of the YDK;

We revolt against the violence of man, State and Deash

We are leaving behind a year in which the massacres and violence against women have been continued. Many women’s bodies are not with us becaufe of the male violence when we enter to 2016. The State has abated to women murderers. It protects the male-state identity by opening the discussion of consent in the Courts.

The State has continued its blockades in Kurdistan and in these blockades the women are targeted. We can understand this policy with Selamet who was massacre with her unborn baby, Taybet who remained in the Street for a week and Ekin Wan whose naked body was exposed.

The year 2015 started for us(women)with being burned and raped Özgecan and being murdered of transgender women Eylül Cansın and continued with the murdered of women by State wit sort of methods;Deash killed many women in Amed(Diyarbakır), Suruç and Ankara by openly supporting of the AKP government.

As New Democratic Women, we call all women to our press statement to commemorate the women who killed by the male-state violence and increase our struggle against state violence in the coming period.
