ŞIRNEX - Emine Esmer, the co-chair of Silopi Municipality and her driver Cemal Yiğit were released after their statement were taken for 'violated the curfew'.

Emine Esmer, the co-chair of Silopi Municipality and her driver Cemal Yiğit drove to the Municipality building with the official plate to solve the water shortage and the need of material because the State forces have attacked the water tanks and the houses on the 20th day of the siege and onslaught in Silopi. They were released after the processes in Silopi Police Department.

Emine and Cemal have the minutes signed for 'violated the curfew'.
