'All mothers should unite against the state terror'

İSTANBUL - The mothers who lost their children in Gezi Resistance, told the mothers who lost their children in the war against the demand of self-rule that 'We share your sorrow'
The Gezi Resistance started with on May 27, 2013 with entering of the work machines Gezi Park and then the resistance spreaded all over Turkey. Emel Korkmaz lost her son Ali İsmail Korkmaz and Emsal Atakan lost her son Ahmet Atakan in the Gezi resistance. The mothers condemned the attacks against the people's demand of self-rule in Kurdistan.
The State violence must be stopped immediately
Ali İsmail Korkmaz attended the demonstration of Gezi Resistance in Eskişehir and he was killed by police.Emel Korkmaz, mother of Ali İsmail Korkmaz, said, "We are watching regrettably the state violence. Our children were killed in Gezi and every day our children have been killed in the East. When I lost İsmail, I said I hope the massacres come to an end with him. But day by day,the massacres have increased, they should be stopped immediately."
If there is a terrorist, it is the State
Ahmet Atakan was killed in the demonstration of Gezi Resistance in Antakya.His mother Emsal Atakan said, " They killed our children with the State violence. They killed our children who shouted the slogans against injustice. They killed my son but that was not enough for them. They also declared my son as 'terrorist'. If there is a terrorist,it is the State.The State have terrorized. We know our children will not come back but we ask that the murderers must be tried. We don't want other mothers cry like us and we don't want other children be killed. Thieves are walking outside while the people who want peace are being killed.We stand with the peace.
'Mothers must unite'
Emsal also said, "The State is constantly changing the agenda.The AKP is killing the soldiers and the people.The country becomes to a bloodbath. I am calling all mothers in the country to open their eyes and unite against the massacre and organize with women's solidarity."
