Suruç Municipality has subscribed to our agency to determine their women's policies and use our news on their publications. The Municipality made the payment for the subscription against invoice and this payment was considered as 'transfer money to the terror organization'.

Our news agency was founded on March 8,2012 to be voice of the women in the world. Anadolu Agency made our news like 'They are the women's voices. Unique agency of the World'. We have became popular the women's voices for 4 years. We have near 100 subscribers like national televisions, radios, newspapers, women's organizations, civil society organizations and the women's policy directorates of municipalities.

Our reporters have been detained

Our website has been banned Access 4 times in 4 years.Our reporters Vildan Atmaca and Beritan Canözer were taken into custody while they were covering the news. Vildan was released but today our reporter in Van,Rojda Oğuz has been taken into custody. And now our subscribers have been outlawed. Orhan Şansal, the co-mayor of Suruç Municipality,was taken into custody on 30 November,2015 on the way of Urfa. Then he was released. Over the objection of the prosecutor, a warrant has been issued for his arrest. According the indictment,Orhan is accused by 'Supplying arms to the Terror Organization', 'Keeping the arms', 'Working on behalf of the terror organization' and also subscribing to Jinha Women News(Jinha) is considered a crime for the Municipality.
