ŞIRNEX - Halil Özkül (21) was shot and wounded by special forces while he was going to store in Cizre.

Halil Özkül(21) was wounded in the foot by special forces random fires while he was going to store in the Dağkapı neighborhood of Cizre district of Şırnak. Halil is waiting the ambulance on the spot. Meanwhile, a shrapnel piece - fired from a tank- hit a citizen named Mevlide(18) in the Nur neighborhood. She is wounded in the belly by the shrapnel piece. She was taken to Cizre State Hospital by ambulance.
