AMED – Yesterday night, Kadir Tozan was heavily wounded in the Sur district, where a curfew has been imposed for 44 days.

For 44 days, a siege has been imposed on the Sur district of Diyarbakır. Kadir Tozan was shot and wounded yesterday night in the Iskenderpaşa neighborhood of Sur, an area where the curfew has not been imposed.

According to reports, Kadir Tozan was shot on Küçükakar Street in Sur. Police who arrived on the scene took him to Selahattin Eyyubi State Hospital. Kadir Tozan is reportedly in the intensive care unit.
