ŞIRNEX - 16-year-old Hüseyin Paksoy was wounded two days ago. The ambulance has not beeen allowed to enter to neighborhood to take him to hospital. Family lawyer has filed a request at the ECHR to take the child to hospital.

Hüseyin Paksoy was wounded in the Nur neighborhood of Cizre district of Şırnak two days ago. The ambulance has not been allowed to enter the neighborhood by state forces. The HDP MP Faysal Sarıyıldız and the child's family have tried to tak ehim to hospital but the state has given an answer "There are conflicts in the region" and they don't allow ambulance to enter the neighborhood.

Lawyer Nuray Özdoğan filed a request to the ECHR with a petition on behalf of Hüseyin's family. It is emphasized in the petition that the child's right to health and life has been interfered. The curfew should be lifted urgently.
