İSTANBUL - Singer and songwriter Sezen Aksu took to the stage at Volkswagen Arena. Noting what happened in Turkey in recent days, Sezen said, " The country is divided in half. We are left helpless. The worst thing in the world happened."

Sezen Aksu took to the stage at Volkswagen Area on 40th year of her singer life. Sezen Aksu said, "I am leaving the stages this year. That's enough. I won't take to the stage in Istanbul anymore. 40 years are enough to you." Sezen Aksu couldn't keep her tears and a person told her " Your heart shouldn't be broken". Sezen replied the person, " Not my heart but the country was broken. It is divided in half. The worst thing in the world happened. We are left helpless." (referring to the situation in North Kurdistan) and she continued "I have several times caused the crisis.I told what I believe in until today. But sometimes you need to hold your tongue. I will keep silent but not for myself, I am not important just for other people who will have problem what I say."
