Êzidî women understand the women in North Kurdistan who are being targeted in genocidal attacks because they faced to Daesh gangs' savagery. Thousands of women came to Newroz Camp in the Derîk city of Cizire Canton of Rojava after Kurdish fighters saved them from Daesh gangs who attacked Shengal in 2014. Stating that women must unite against the state, Zehra Şingal, one of the Êzidî women in the Newroz Camp, said "As an Êzidî woman, I want to state that all Êzidî women will support them. Êzidîs were faced with a massacre two years ago. Hundreds of Êzidî women were killed and abducted. The same massacre is being carried out on the people of North Kurdistan. Women and children are being targeted. We condermn the Turkish state and President Erdoğan's brutal approach."

"Erdoğan must know that we will support the people of North Kurdistan to the last drop of blood in our bodies. There is no difference between us and the Northern people. As Kurds, we are facing massacre and genocide. Therefore, we have to unite, then we can fight against our enemies," said Şemê Derwêş.
