ŞIRNEX -With the Turkish state's martial law in the town of Cizre ongoing, a resident named Cihan Karaman was wounded in the Cudi neighborhood of Cizre on Friday. The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled that Cihan must be guaranteed medical care, but state forces continued artillery fire on ambulance access points. Cihan passed away yesterday due to a continued denial of Access to hospital.

Turkish state attacks on the besieged town of Cizre left university student Cihan Karaman wounded. Special operations police shot Cihan in the chest, then maintained attacks, thus preventing residents from taking the young man to the hospital. Cihan passed away yesterday.The dead body of Cihan can not be retrieved from neighborhood due to state forces' attacks.
