AMED - Attacks had intensified in the Sur district of Diyarbakır yesterday evening. It was reported that one citizen died due to a fire broke out in a house.

Turkish state forces had shelled the Sur district of Diyarbakır all day yesterday. Mortar fire launched by state forces hit a house in the Savaş neighborhood of Sur. A fire broke out due to the mortar piece. An unidentified man (80 or 85) burned to death in the house.
