ŞIRNEX - A shell striking a home in the Cudi neighborhood of Cizre yesterday. 28 citizens were wounded in the home. One of the 28 wounded passed away. Mehmet Tunç, co-chair of Cizre People's Assembly, said that 18 wounded are in critical condition.

For 42 days, genocidal attack has been maintained on the town of Cizre. The condition of 28 citizens who were wounded due to a shell striking a home in the Cudi neighborhood, are getting worse. The wounded citizens can not be evacuted to hospital since yesterday. Meanwhile, Cihan Karaman was wounded in the Cudi neighborhood of Cizre on Friday. The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled that Cihan must be guaranteed medical care, but state forces continued artillery fire on ambulance access points. Cihan passed away. It was reported that the health status of 18 wounded are critical.

Mehmet Tunç, co-chair of Cizre People's Assembly, said that one of the 28 citizens passed away and the identify of the citizen is unknown. Metmet said they are i basement and they don't have any more bandage for wounded people.

"Many citizens can be die if there is not an immediate medical response. You can find our dead bodies," said Mehmet.
