ŞIRNEX - 28 citizens were wounded by state forces in Cizre three days ago. Three of them have passed away because they are not permitted by state forces to be evacuated to hospital. 25 wounded remain trapped in a home in Cizre. Ayşe Erbek, mother of Muharrem Erbek, among the 25 wounded, called for her son's evacuation to the hospital, saying, "What kind of cruelty is this."

For 43 days, Turkish state forces have maintained a genocidal attack on the town of Cizre. A shell struck a home in the Cudi neighborhood of Cizre three days ago. 28 citizens were wounded in the attack. Three of them have passed away, as they could not be evacuated to hospital. 25 wounded and three dead bodies are still waiting in the home to be evacuated. However, the state forces have continued to attack the home. Ayşe Erbek called for the wounded citizens to be evacuated to the hospital.

Ayşe said, "My son is there wounded. I want my son. My son has been under oppression for four days. They're stuck in the basement of a home. They don't have the right to trap wounded citizens in the home. What kind of state can oppress its citizens in this way? I want my son.

"What kind of cruelty is this? Enough. My son is still a child. He isn't yet 18. He is a student. I call on European countries: the wounded citizens must be evacuated from the home. They can do something. At least we can evacuate them to the hospital."
