3 teenagers shot by state forces in Xaçort

WAN - For 3 days, a voice action has been held in Kurdistan cities to protest ongoing attacks, martial law under the name of "curfew". People usually use pots and pans to make voice. State forces opened fire on people who joined the action in the Xaçort neighborhood of Van. Three teenagers were shot and wounded.
For 3 days, people in Kurdistan have held a voice action to protest ongoing attacks and martial law under the name of "curfew" at 19:00 p.m. Pots and pans are used to make voice. Last night, residents of Van joined the action. State forces attacked the people with tear gas and water cannon and then they opened fire on the people in the Xaçort neighborhood of İpekyolu, Van province last night. Uğur Kurt (16), Suat Orhan (14) and Dündar Acar (12) were shot and wounded by state forces.
Hanife Kaçak (57), joined the action in her house. State forces opened fire on her house. Hanife said she was at home during the incident. A tear gas canister was threw into her house. Her grandchildren and her husband were at home. Hanife said, "We hardly breathe due to tear gas. We had to leave our house. Police blockaded our neighborhood. They attacked our neighborhood with tear gas and water cannon. They [ police] force people to leave their houses by using artillery in Sur and Cizre. What do they ask from us? They attack us whenever we ask for peace."
Mecbure Kaçak (38), another resident, said, "We just make voice by using pots and pans in our houses. But they respond with real bullets. The state attack us into our houses. Voice action is our democratic right. If we don't react what on going in Sur and Cizre, we will be the next."
