ŞIRNEX - Minister of Interior, Efkan Ala announced, "The operations were ended in Cizre". However, the attacks on the building where the wounded have taken refuge in the besieged town of Cizre, have continued. The smoke is still rising from the building and surrounding area which known as 'basement of savagery'. Totally 139 people had taken refuge in three 'basements of savagery'. 94 people in Cudi neighborhood and 45 people in Sur neighborhood. 68 people have been killed so far in attacks on the basements. There is no information about 71 people.

Martial law under the name of "curfew" enter the 59th day in Şırnak's Cizre district. Minister of Interior, Efkan Ala announced "The operations were ended in Cizre". However, state forces have continued to attack the third basement in the Sur neighborhood where 45 of the wounded had taken refuge. As police scattered gasoline in areas of the building and lit it on fire. 20 of the wounded died in the ensuing blaze yesterday. No news has been received from the 25 survivors in the basement since last night. The smoke is still rising from the building which is known as third "basements of savagery". State forces took two funeral vehicles of Cizre Municipality at noon.

139 people had taken refuge in three basements in Cudi and Sur neighborhoods. So far, 68 of them have been executed. The ambulances have transported 39 incinerated and dismembered bodies to the hospital until now. There is no information about the other dead bodies and 71 wounded.
