"Dicle News Agency reproter Mazlum Dolan reported that civilians had taken refuge in several basements in Sur. Tank and artillery fire have continued nonstop in area around the basements civilians trapped since yesterday. We are not able to receive any information from the town due to the ongoing attacks by state forces. We must evacuate the people alive from the town not retrieve the dead bodies. If people go to the town from everywhere, we can set up a corridor for the people trapped in the basements. We still could save them."
