WAN - Previous day, 16 people,including Caziye Duman, co-chair of the DBP Van, were taken into custody in Van. They have been released.

Previous day, state forces carried out house raids in Van. 16 people, including the father and brother of Abdulbaki Sömer, the bomber of the blast in Ankara, Caziye Duman, co-chair of the DBP Van and Peace Mothers were taken into custody. After taking testimony of these people at the prosecution, they were sent to the court for arrest for allegedly "making propaganda of a terrorist organization" and "praising crime and criminal". 16 people have been released on conditions of trial without arrest.
