A corridor not opened for 4-month- old Elif, civilians!

AMED - Four-month- old Elif Su who has been trapped in Sur's basement, has waited to be evacuted for 13 days. Elif Su and hundreds of civilians have waited under blockade that a corridor will be opened despite Diyarbakır Governorship announced many time that they would open a corridor.
For 90 days, the siege and onslaught have continued in the Sur district of Diyarbakır. Four-month-old Elif Su and nearly 200 civilians, including children, have been trapped in several basements in Sur since February 17. Diyarbakır Governorship announced twice that a corridor would be opened. However, the people couldn't get out because their safety was not guaranteed. Before, the Governorship also announced that they would open a crorridor for the people who have been trapped. However, state forces began to bomb the area on evacuation time. Four-month-old Elif Su and nearly 200 civilians have been under blockade because a safe corridor hasn't been formed.
Meanwhile, The people began a vigil in Tigris Euphrates Cultural Center eight days ago. People have continued the vigil and demand that a humanitarian corridor must be opened and the blockade must be lifted for the people who have been trapped in basements.
