AMED - A march will be held for Sur today. The attacks have continued in Sur since morning. Remziye Tosun is one of the civilians who have been trapped in Sur's basement. Reyhan stated that the bulding is about to collapse on them. " If the blockade won't be broken today, maybe you won't have any information from us."
As the blockade has entered in the 92nd day in the sur district of Diyarbakır, state forces have continued to attack. State forces have shelled the area where civilians have been trapped around the Four-footed Minaret since morning. The sound of bombs can be heard from the city's many points.
More than 200 civilians, including four-month-old Elif Su, children, women and wounded, have been trapped in several basements for days. "Everyone must be with Sur's resistance and break the blockade. Or, a second Cizre massacre will take place. We are under bombardment. People can contact civilians in the basements by phone. One of them is Remziye Tosun. On the last telephone call, Remziye said, "The building is about to collapse on us. We can hardly breathe due to dust and dirt. One part of the building is complately demolished. We are waiting our time of death. I call on all Diyarbakır people. They must protect Sur. If the blockade won't be broken today, maybe you won't have any information about us. Everyone must be with Sur's resistance and break the blockade. Or, a second Cizre massacre will take place."
