Urfa Memleketspor Basketball team has less budget than other teams. However, the team has gained many success with its successful players. The players show that the success can be reached without money. The players in the team said, "We do sport. We are trying that all people can watch the best basketball."

Hale Cengiz, one of the basketball players, said, "I am playing in Urfa team as licensed athlete. I graduated from the school of Physical Education and Sports. When I was child, I wanted to be a gym teacher. Because I love the sport. As a woman playing basketball, I feel stronger. Sport requires fighting. You learn to fight and never surrender. You are a team and you fight with the spirit of this team. All parents must encourage their children to do sport."

Dilek Asoğlu, another player, said, "I am from Urfa. I play basketball in my town's team. The players in team are trying that the people like the basketball."

Hamide Cengiz, meanwhile, said, "Every branch of sports is nice. Basketball accords with women's spirit. Our team has great success this year. I believe that we will be champion. We have less budget than other teams. But, we like to play basketball. That's enough to win."
