AMED - According to reports received, 50 people have been trapped in a collapsed building in the Sur district of Diyarbakır and they called for opening a life corridor.

More than three months, blockade and onslaught have continued in the Sur district of Diyarbakır. 50 people who have been trapped in a basement sent a text message to MP HDP Sibel Yiğitalp. They wrote in the text that they have been trapped in a collapsed building and a life corridor needs to be opened urgently for them. Meanwhile, the text stated that 50 people have been wounded due to debris. After the text, Sibel Yiğitalp and the HDP group vice president, Çağlar Demirel went to Tigris Euphrates Cultural Center (in the Sur) began to talk to the authorities of Ministries and local authorities. According to reports, a corridor will be opened between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. today.
