İlham Ehmed, co-chair of the Assembly of Democratic Syria (DSM) issued assessments about Syrian Civil War peace conference (Geneva III) which was planned to hold on February 29. However, it was delayed. İlham said that the ceasefire which was declared in Syria under the leadership of USA and Russia on February 27, succeed. "The ceasefire was broken down by the gangs which Turkey supports. The ceasefire matter would have been put on the agenda on the Syrian Civil War peace conference (Geneva III)"
"Women conveyed their opinions about solving the political issues on the democratic ground in Syria to Staffan De Mistura, UN Special Representative of Syria. Women want to convey their views about ceasefire and political solution by attending the conference. Women haven't attended to the conference and their views haven't been listened yet. The reason is that women are denied their powers are ignored.
"They can not find a solution for process in Syria by delaying the conference and denying women. The regime and armed groups want to command these lands. Many people have been killed due to their love being power. If women attend the conference, they will say 'Enough, we don't want death and massacre." said İlham.
