Ceyîle Mihemed, one of the executives of Amagra Workshop, said that they, as women, have conducted works to strengthen the communal economy.

Ceyîle noted that she has been working in the workshop since it was opened. "35 women worked when the workshop was opened. We stitched the YPJ/YPG fighters's clothes. However, we had to take a break due to the attacks on the canton. After people returned to Kobanê, we decided to reopen the workshop. When I returned to Kobanê, I found the workshop as demolished. Gangs demoslihed the workshop. We rebuilt the workshop for two months. We had difficulty in rebuilding the workshop. Women, who returned to Kobanê, started to work in the workshop."

Ceyîle talked about the working system in the workshop, "Women work in the workshop for seven hours a day. If women don't know use the machine, we teach them. We teach them everything. Before, we just stitched the fighters' clothes, but now, we have stitched the clothes according to the needs of the community. We also opened Amagri stores. Kobanê people can buy cheap clothes in our stores."

Ceyîle said that women will form the basis of the economy with their color.
