“Curfew” declared in Bağlar

AMED – After clashes broke out between state forces and youth in the Kaynartepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır’s Bağlar district, 24-hour curfew was declared in the neighborhoods. Barricades were built in the clashes area.
Clashes broke out due to the state forces’ attacks in Kaynartepe neighborhood of Bağlar. Two people were killed in the attacks. The neighborhood has been banned. Bağlar District Governorate made a statement. The statement reads; we declared “curfew” in the Kaynartepe neighborhood of Bağlar district on March 15, 2016, starting at 3 a.m. until further notice.”
Meanwhile, young people went to streets to protest the siege in the Sur district of Diyarbakır. State forces attacked the young people. Clashes broke out in the neighborhood. The clashes continued until morning. The barricades were built in the all point of neighborhood. Two people were killed in the neighborhood.
