AMED - Hafize İpek from Organizing Committee of Newroz called on everyone to attend the Newroz Festival which will be celebrated on March 21 in Diyarbakır.

The celebrations of Newroz festival began in many cities of Kurdistan and Turkay. the motto of the Newroz is; "We'll win resisting". The Celebrations have continued despite the bans and attacks.The traditional Newroz festival in Diyarbakır, attended by millions, will be celebrated in Diyarbakır. The necessary permissions and measures are being taken for the rally of Newroz which will be held in Newroz area on March 21 in Diyarbakır. Hafize İpek from Organizing Committee of Newroz said that all necessary measures are being taken for the area and the people must attend the festival without any hesitation.

"We are almost finishing the preparation all issues for the celebration of Newroz rally. Almost 5000 people are changed with the security of the area." said Hafize and she called on women by saying, "We must attend the Newroz spryly without fear and hesitation. I think that everyone in Turkey, particularly all women, should attend the celebration of the Newroz and celebrate Newroz with spirit of Newroz. Everyone must flock to Newroz area"
