ŞIRNEX/MÊRDÎN - As clashes have continued in Şırnak and Nusaybin where 24-hour curfew has been imposed, the neighborhoods of Nusaybin were shelled last night.

As 24-hour curfew has entered in the 22nd day in the Nusaybin district of Mardin, the attacks have continued in the town. The attacks have intensified Fırat, Abdulkadirpaşa, Yenişehir and Dicle neighborhoods. The neighborhoods were bombed until morning. Clashes broke out in the Neighborhoods of resistance due to mortar fire on the neighborhoods. The Civil Defense Unit (YPS) members have continued to turn the attacks.

Meanwhile, genocidal attacks have continued in Şırnak for 21 days. The clashes between state forces and The Civil Defense Unit (YPS) members have continued nonstop in Şırnak for three days. State forces attacked the İsmetpaşa, Gazipaşa, Dicle, Yeni, Bahçelievler and Cumhuriyet neighborhoods of resistance last night. Many houses were struck by mortar and howitzer fire. The town was under black smoke for hours after the attacks. The bombardment stopped for a couple of hours. However, the bombardment began at 2:00 a.m. again. When state forces tried to enter the neighborhoods with bombardment, violent clashed broke out between state forces and The Civil Defense Unit (YPS) members in the neighborhoods. The clashes which broke out in İsmetpaşa neighborhood are still continuing.

Fire broke out in many houses of the Cumhuriyet and Gazipaşa neighborhoods. State forces don't let the fire crew to enter the neighborhoods for extinguish the fire. Many ambulances were sent to the clashes area.

The bombardment and clashes have continued in the city.
