2-year-old Esra Şalk killed in Silopi

ŞIRNEX - Two-year-old Esra Şalk was seriously wounded due to artillery fire by state forces in the Silopi district of Şırnak. She was sent to Batman. However, she couldn't be saved.

State forces have shelled the neighborhoods of Silopi along with 24-hour curfew was declared in the Silopi district of Şırnak. Many civilians have been killed in the attacks of state forces. 70-year-old Zülfiye Salk was killed as a result of artillery fire on Barbaros and Başak (Zap) neighborhood, her 2-year-old granddaughter Esra Salk was serious wounded in the attack. She was sent to a hospital in Batman. However, Esra couldn't be saved and she passed away in the hospital.

24-hour curfew was declared in the town on April 5 and eight civilians, including children and elderly people, have been killed due to the bombardment in the town until now.
