KOBANÊ – Kobanê organization of Rojava Youth Union (YCR) is holding their first conference.

The first conference of the Kobanê organization of Rojava Youth Union (YCR) began with the motto, “We will build federal system with spirit of resistance of Bakur youths and we will provide freedom for leader Apo.” (Apo: the leader of the PKK Abdullah Öcalan). Youths from Cızîr Canton and the regions of Girê Spî participate in the conference which began with 350 delegates. Furthermore, the people from the administration of the Democratic Autonomy, non-governmental organizations, Movement for a Democratic Society (TEV-DEM), political parties, the council of youth and sports and the members of the People's Defense Units (YPG), Public Security and Kongra Star have participated in the conference.

The youth activities will be evaluated and new program for the youth will be determined in the conference.
