İSTANBUL - Turkish Prime Miniter Ahmet Davutoğlu said, "If the PKK remove all their armed forces from the country, like in May 2013, we can talk about anything again." Pervin Buldan from the delegation of Imralı made statement about the discourse of Ahmet Davutoğlu. "We know who is sincere and who conduce to the clashes. The Dolmabahçe agreement from the reconciliation has been disregarded and peace process has put in the refrigerator by President Recep Tayyip. Therefore, everyone, who follows the process, knows these statements aren't realistic." said Pervin.

Pervin Buldan from the delegation of Imralı made statement about the discourse of Ahmet Davutoğlu. Pervin was in the delegation of Imralı during the negotiation process. Pervin reminded that Abdullah Öcalan hasn't been allowed to meet with his lawyers, delagations and family for a year. "Mr.Öcalan is living under isolation. We are seriously concerned about his life, health and safety. The AKP has begun a war against the Kurdish people and they have deepened the war by isolating Mr. Öcalan who is accepted as leader by Kurdish people.

"Putting the peace process in the refrigerator was a big mistake. The peace and negotiation process must be restarted on equal terms. The isolation must be lifted soon and it must be provided an opportunity for his lawyers, political delegations and family to meet with him.

"Mr.Öcalan would call for disarmament after the watch committee visit him. However, the committee has never formed. Dolmabahçe agreement from the reconciliation has been disregarded and peace process has put in the refrigerator by President. The President has disregarded the discourse of Ahmet Davutoğlu. Therefore, everyone, who follows the process, knows these statements aren't realistic."

Pervin stated that world opinion and particularly the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT), European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the United Nations (UN) must take steps to lift the isolation. Pervin said that the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) must come to Imralı and observe on-site.
