COLEMERG - Police conducted raids on many houses in Hakkari in the morning. After assitance of co-mayor of the Hakkari Municipality Derya Çiftçi was taken into custody, deputy co-mayor of Hakkari Municipality Fatma Yıldız has been taken into custody, too.

Special forces conducted raids on many houses in the Dağgöl, Kıran and Gazi neighborhoods of Hakkari in the morning. The assitance of co-mayor of the Hakkari Municipality Derya Çiftçi was taken into custody in the house raids. Acorrding to reports, the deputy co-mayor of Hakkari Municipality Fatma Yıldız has been taken into custody, too. Fatma Yıldız was taken to Hakkari Police Station.

The blockade of Hakkari Municipality has continued.
