AMED - State forces organized simultaneous operations in Diyarbakır, Antep, Van and Ankara two days ago. 16 Kurdish policians were detained in the operations. Five of them were sent to court for arrested. Four women have been jailed while one of them has been released.

16 Kurdish policians were detained during operations which organized by state forces in Diyarbakır, Antep, Van and Ankara two days ago. The co-chair of the Democratic Union of Local Authorities Çimen Işık, members of the Democratic Regions Party PM Pero Dündar and Olcay Kanlıbaş, the officer of the Municipalities Union of Southeastern Anatolia Region (GABB) Seher Tümer and the member of the Free Women Congress (KJA) Zozan Toprak were sent to court for arrest without beign taken their testimonies by prosecution. While the officer of the Municipalities Union of Southeastern Anatolia Region (GABB) Seher Tümer has been released, four other women have been jailed.

Four female politicians were sent to Diyarbakır E Type Closed Prison.
