AMED - A group of citizens departed from Lice to the rural areas of Silvan where have been bombed by warcraft since yesterday.

Approximately 100 people went to operation zone as human shield against intense bombardment which was begun after curfew was declared in the Silvan district of Diyarbakır yesterday. The people departed from the Lice district of Diyarbakır to the Dolapdere (Şêlima) and Üçdirek (Hindês) neighborhoods of Silvan where have been bombed by warcraft. They reached to Zarê neighborhood, located between Lice and Silvan despite obstruction.

State forces haven't allowed the citizens to access the area. As the citizens are waiting in the Zarê neighborhood, rural and mountainous areas just across of the village have been heavily bombed.

Meanwhile, the citizens, who come from around neighborhoods, have supported the human shields.
