Woman, who goes to Rojava from Europe, arrested by KDP

SİLÊMANÎ - A woman named Şengê (60) departed from Europe to Rojava to see the revolution on site. She was detained in Federal Kurdistan Region by the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). She was affronted for three days when she was in custody. Şengê said the KDP members threatened her to give Turkey.
A woman named Şengê had been detained by the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) while she had passed from Rojava to Federal Kurdistan Region. Şengê stated that she was affronted for three days and she was threatened to be given to Turkey by the KDP members. Şengê told the three days she passed in Zaxo Military Prison by saying, "There has been a great resistance in Rojava for three years. We watched this resistance in Europe. I wanted to be close to Rojava Revolution just for once. I passed to Rojava from the border of South Kurdistan with my passport. However, they claimed that I passed to Rojava in illegal way when I returned from Rojava. They told me, "You went to Rojava and Shengal without permission." I told them, "That's not my problem if you cannot do your job. I came here in a legal way." However, the KDP forces detained me and one young woman. They took us from a public security and to another. In the end, they took us a military prison."
Şengê said that she was affronted for three days by soldiers and prison authorities. "They called us, "Two bad women". The prison was very bad place. It wasn't in accordance with human rights. They clowned on me whenever I asked them a question. They brought water and bread to me several times. However, I didn't accept the water and bread. I didn't eat anything for three days. A man in charge came with a file three days later. He asked my name and then he used bad language on me. They continuous told me, "You are a terrorist." They threatened me to give me to Turkey. They released me three days later."
