The children, who are most exposed to massacre policies carried out in Nusaybin for 58 days, haven't been able to attend the school for months.

Nusaybin people learn to live under the bombs like they never hear. They cook the bread in the tandouri and they cook meals together. They have resisted by sharing their bread with each other. Nusaybin is an ancient city. It has given inspiration tens of artists, many songs have been written on the Nusaybin. The children in Nusaybin have learned that how many second takes to pass from one street to another to protect themselves from the bombs. They have created new games by using empty cases. The asked themselves, "Can you run acroos the street in how many seconds? I can run faster than you." Ahmet is the fastest in the neighborhood. He runs to not be shot. He said, "If you want, I can teach you how you can run fast."

The children were sorry to not buy a gift to their mothers. 13 year-old Esma said that she wrote a letter to her mother who is with her due to she could buy a gift to her mother. "I really wanted to buy a gift to my mother. However, there isn't any opened store here. So, we gathered and decided to write letters to our mothers. We'll read these letters in the future again to not forget these days."
