ŞIRNEX- State forces failing to break the resistance in Şırnak, where genocidal attacks have continued, have begun to bomb the city.

Şırnak has been under genocidal attacks for 57 days. The city started the day with heavy bombardment. State forces cannot enter the neighborhoods despite all their technological advantages due to the YPS and YPS-JIN resistance. State forces have bombed the Yeni, Cumhuriyet, İsmetpaşa, Gazipaşa and Bahçelievler neighborhoods with the tanks, artilleries and howitzers deployed around of the city. The bombardment that intensified in the Bahçelievler and İsmetpaşa neighborhoods yesterday has continued in the Yenimahalle, İsmetpaşa and Gazipaşa neighborhoods today.

The bombardment has continued with tanks and artillery deployed in the Gümüştepe headquarters of special operations units, Çakırsöğüt Gendarmerie Brigade, Sîn û Ber region on the Siirt road and a school in the same region that has been turned into a base for Turkish military and police forces.

Meanwhile, the special operations units positioned in high buildings around İsmetpaşa, Gazipaşa and Yeni neighborhoods have continued to open fire on neighborhoods.

There is also an ongoing UAV and helicopter activity over Şırnak's sky.
