ŞIRNEX -Resistance is in the 58th day in Şırnak. Violent clashes erupted between state forces and YPS and YPS-JIN members at many points of the city while state forces attempted to enter the neighborhoods with armored vehicles along with bombardment.

As self-government resistance against genocidal attacks has entered in the 58th day in Şırnak, neighborhoods have been under bombardment since last night. State forces have launched a fresh wave of attacks with heavy weapon on Yeni, Bahçelievler, İsmetpaşa and Cumhuriyet neighborhoods. As the neighborhoods are being raked nonstop with heavy weapons placed on armored vehicles, violent clashes have continued at many points of the city. Particularly, the clashes have been intensified in the Yenimahalle and Bahçelievler neighborhoods. Special forces members have attempted to enter the neighborhoods, however, they have been responded by the resistance of the YPS/YPS-JIN.

As no information has been obtained about the result of the clashes, many ambulances dispatched to the areas of clashes later headed towards Şırnak Public Hospital and 23rd Gendarmerie Border Division Command.

Meanwhile, the UAV activity continued all night and it was seen that many armored vehicles and trucks carring ammunition drove in the city.

Clashes continue in Nusaybin

Violent clashes have continued in the 59th day in the Nusaybin district of Mardin. The clashes has been intensified in the Abdulkadirpaşa neighborhood, the YPS/YPS-JIN members attacked an armored vehicle which blockaded the neighborhood.

Meanwhile, state forces conducted house raids in the Girêmîra (Girmeli) villages of Nusaybin. Nusaybin Municipal councilor Abdulkerim Aslan, Mittani Cultural Center workers Diljin Dinç, Selman Dinç and Rıdvan Aslan have been detained during the raids. A citizen named Rezan Başak has been detained in Mardin. The detainess were taken to Nusaybin District Police Department.
