Telecommunication Communications Presidency (TİB) blocked access to Dicle News Agency (DİHA) for the 38th time.TİB has blocked DİHA 38th times since July 24, 2015.

"As a result of the technical surveys and legal evaluations carried out in accordance with the law No. 5651 this website (dihanews.xyz) is subjected to an administrative measure with regards to the decision No. 490.05.01.2016.-68929 of Telecommunication Communication Presidency on May 13, 2016."
