ANKARA - A racist group attacked a youth, who sell tea in Karanfil Street of Ankara, by telling the youth "You are Kurdish" after funeral ceremony of a soldier. A woman tried to help the youth, however, the group attacked the woman, too.

A soldier died in a clash in the Çukurca district of Hakkari yesterday. His funeral ceremony was in Ankara today. After performing the funeral prayer, a racist group began to walk to city center by shouting slogans. The group attacked a youth, who sell tea in Karanfil Street of Ankara, by telling the youth, "You are Kurdish". A woman tried to help the youth, however, the group attacked her, too.

According to reports, the physical condition of the youth is good. The police didn't intervent the group during the attacks.
