WAN - Remziye Bor, who was shot and seriously wounded by special forces during house raid in Van, was fighting for her life in the hospital for 28 days. However, she passed away in the hospital yesterday. Remziye Bor was buried in the village of birth upon her legacy.

Special forces conducted raid on a house in the Hacıbekir (Xaçort) neighborhood of Van's İpekyolu district on April 19. Special forces opened fire on the people in the house. Seven month pregnant Remziye Bor was shot and seriously wounded with three bullets on her chest. Remziye was taken to Van Regional Training and Research Hospital. Remziye was fighting for her life in the hospital for 28 days. However, Remziye couldn't be saved and she passed away in the hospital yesterday. Her funeral was taken by her family from the morgue to the Qadyan (Kadıköy) village of Hakkari's Yüksekova district upon the legacy of Remziye. Hundrends of people around the villages gathered in the Qadyan to bury Remziye. Remziye was sent off on an eternal journal in the cemetery of village.
