Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) has launched an operation named "The initiative to liberate the North of Raqqa" under the leadership of the Ehrar Raqqa and Liwa Tahrir Brigades formed by Arab youth from Raqqa. Daesh gangs declared Raqqa as capital and the city has been used as the main headquarters. The QSD members have launched the operation on Raqqa from three different directions.
