KOBANÊ - Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) commander Rojda Felat stated that they have liberated two hamlets between Fatsa and Wasta villages and Qertaca village from Daesh within the scope of operation named "The initiative to liberate the North of Raqqa" and she said that they are continuing to progress to Raqqa.

As "The initiative to liberate the North of Raqqa" has entered its second day, many villages have been liberated from Daesh gangs as soon as the operation begins. Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) commander Rojda Felat evaluated the second day of the operation. Rojda stated that they are continuing to progress to Raqqa with aerial support of the International Coalition forces. Rojda Felat reported that they have liberated two hamlets between Fatsa and Wasta villages and Qertaca village from Daesh. Rojda Felat said, "We have progressed two miles so far. We'll continue our struggle until we liberate Raqqa."
