Rojda Felat: Our attacks continue in the direction of Tabqa

KOBANÊ - Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) commander Rojda Felat stated that the operation to liberate the North of Raqqa was carried out in three different directions and she reported that another forces have begun to move from the East of the Euphrates from fourth direction. Rojda expressed that they will wipe away Daesh gangs from the region and they have continued to progress to Raqqa.
Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) began the "Operation to Liberate the North of Raqqa" under the leadership of the Ehrar Raqqa and Liwa Tahrir Brigades formed by Arab youth from Raqqa with aerial support of the International Coalition forces on May 24 from three different directions. The operation has continued for 7 days. The forces have begun to move to the East of the Euphrates from fourth direction to Tabqa yesterday at 3:00 p.m. The fourth operation arm has continued to progress in the region. Syrian Democratic Forces (QSD) commander Rojda Felat made a press statement in the southeast of the Teşrîn Dam about the operation.
In the press statement, Rojda Felat noted that the operation to liberate the North of Raqqa has been successfully continued on the sixth day. The fourth arm has begun to move with participation of local forces to Tabqa. Rojda stated that their target is to advance in the direction of Tabqa located in the East of the Euphrates. Rojda said, "We'll wipe away Daesh gangs from four different directions." Rojda stated that the warplanes of the International Coalition forces also support the operation.
According to the official reports of the QSD, 10 villages and many hamlets have been liberated from Daesh gangs since May 24.
