Joy of people in liberated village from gangs

KOBANÊ - Mustefa Hemadê village has been liberated by Manbij Military Council. The habitants put their joy into words, "Now, we can walk around freely."One of the women those who live in the village, Fitêm Hemdan said, "Women were exposed to harassment and rape by gangs' members. Fortunately, everything is left behind now. We are getting rid of them now."

Mustefa Hamedê village has been liberated from Daesh gangs within the scope of "Operation to Save and Liberate Manbij" launched by Manbij Military Council. As many gangs' members were killed in the clashes in village, many weapons and ammunition of gang have been seized by fighters. The habitants of liberated Mustefa Hemadê village told the atrocity of Daesh gangs to Hawar News Agency (ANHA).
Father of three Abdullah Qadir's wife killed in a mine explosion planted in front of their home by Daesh gangs. Abdullah said, "Our neighbors asked Daesh gangs to not plant mines near our homes; however, they didn't listen to anyone. Gangs' members made no account of the people. The revenge of my wife was taken with liberation of our village."

Another habitant of village Mustefa Mihemed said, "Our village was occupied by gangs. Gangs' members turned our life into hell. Our village is liberated now and the hllish torture has been ended. We are happy now, because, the real Manbij fighters liberated our village from gangs."

Fitêm Hemdan is a woman in the village. She said, "They looked at women as sexual objects. Women were exposed to harassment and rape by gangs' members. Fortunately, everything is left behind now. We are getting rid of them now and I am happy."

The operation of Manbij Military Council has continued.
