6 more villages of Manbij liberated

MANBIJ - Commander Faysal Ebû Leyla died during the Manbij Liberation Operation. The name of operation has been changed as "The operation of Commander Martyr Faysal Ebû Leyla" after death of Commander Faysal Ebû Leyla. As the operation has continued, six more villages of Manbij have been liberated and 26 Daesh members have been killed.

Manbij Military Council fighters have liberated Feres El-Kerbîr and Gundê El-Muhdîsê villages from Tişrîn arm on the seventh day of the "The operation of Commander Martyr Faysal Ebû Leyla" that began on June 1. Meanwhile, the Qereqozax arm has liberated El-Biwêr, Bor Kîc and Cib El-Kelb villages and one hamlet from gangs.

As 26 Daesh members were killed in the clashes, a large number of arms and ammunition were seized by the Manbij Military Council fighters.

A 39-kilometer area has been liberated since the operation began.

Manbij Military Council member Feysel Ebû Leyla had been wounded on the third day of operation and passed away on the fifth day of the operation. He had said, "Let's get together in my home in Manbij one week later." The fighters have made the words of Feysel Ebû Leyla real by advancing towards Manbij.
