AMED - Heavy shelling began with declaration of "curfew" in the countryside of Diyarbakır's Silvan, Lice, Hani, Kulp and Hazro districts.

Diyarbakır Governorate declared "curfew" in the countryside of Diyarbakır's Silvan, Lice, Hani, Kulp and Hazro districts last night. As ban was declared in 25 villages of five districts, heavy shelling began with the declaration of curfew. Acoording to reports received, heavy shelling is carried out in the countryside of Lice and the area is near to residential area.

The villages under curfew area are;

Hani's Yukarıturalı, Akçayurt, Kaledibi and Damlatepe villages, Hazro's Ülgen, Mutluca and Bayırdüzü villages, Lice's Oyuklu, Kutlu and Türeli villages, Kulp's Taşköprü, Temren, Bakırköy and Demirli villages and Silvan's Dağcılar, Dolaplıdere, Üçbasamak, Çaldere, Keklikdere, Görentepe and Bayırdüzü villages.
